I have been coding for four years, but it has been only in Orthopedic and I will be taking the test in December 12,2009 ,I was thinking of buying the study guide any suggestions ?

Ortho is the specialty test that I want to take too but until then I am currently studying the CPC-H and I'm finding that the study guide is helpful. It hits areas that I don't normally hit on on a regualr bases. I waited untl the study guides went on clearence because I wanted to get the guides but not spend a lot of money because it's coming out of my pocket.
