Wiki I need a little guidance on defining how code classification should be interpreted.

When a Stent code C1874 is billed with a 93458 with an xu and 92928 with an LD, how its the C1874 classified? I see classification as Device/Supplies/Implant. Each is reimbursed differently on various contracts so what drives which category it should be reimbursed under?
