Do you code all three of these conditions? Which one is Principal DX?
malnutrition, underweight, and BMI of 17 with direction to provide Ensure meal supplementation. The nutritionist is documenting this information. So, what codes can I utilize as a diagnoses when the nutritionist documents these diagnoses? Thank you! :confused:
