Wiki I need some help with the Cond code DR, and Modifier CR for UB04

I bill for a facility and understand that the Condition Code DR is being required on the COVID19 related claims, but I'm unclear on the modifier CR. MLN states institutional and non institutional claims require the CR for part B, so I wonder if DR and CR are both required on my Part B claims? Sorry if this is elementary but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with the billing changes here lately :)
