Hi! I feel silly having to ask such a simple question...I have registered to take the CPC exam in October. I am studying away, and have already taken a review course. I know there is paperwork/letters that need to be submitted 4 weeks prior to the exam, but I am having trouble finding information on the website as to what exactly needs to be submitted, and where to submit it to. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Also, when I registered, I was able to review what was needed by clicking on my receipts and then the transaction for the exam. The fax number for reference letters was listed and future correspondence let me know if something was received or missing.
