Please share your thought son this scenario:

Patient came into ER on Sunday and had a emergent cath which resulted in a cardiac cath, IABP insertion and a consultation for bypass surgery.

On Mondayn patient's condition requireda peripheral angiogram which revealed a total occlusion of right and left iliac arteries. The patients' regular cardiologist (not the one that performed the emergent cath) performed an peripheral intervention. He removed the IABP in order to complete the procedure. He then inserted a new IABP post peripheral intervention.

Can you code for removal (33968) and insertion (33967)of the IABP in this scenario?
