Wiki Iatrogenic injury to Rt Laryngeal Nerve

Surgeon inadvertently transected the right laryngeal nerve during a partial thyroidectomy. He is questioning why are we not charging for the repair, and I stated that as an iatrogenic injury, it is not a chargeable procedure. He sent a question to supercoder.com who stated to use an unlisted procedure. I still say this is not a chargeable procedure because he is repairing an injury caused by the surgeon team. Who is correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
