I have a provider who had to reposition an IUD under U/S guidance. We do not bill for the U/S, but she is looking or CPT code for repositioning the IUD and ICD 10. Please help!
 
I am not aware of any CPT for repositioning an IUD. Which would mean unlisted or include in the E&M. Diagnosis suggested above seems right on track.
