Hi, When is the best time to buy the ICD10 books? I know right now they have the draft you can buy but would that be good to use while training? I will eventually need to buy 7 but can do that when the book is set.

The code set is not draft it is set. The 2014 code book is excellent for training. The code sets are frozen and unless there is a overwhelming need to create a new code for Oct 1 2014 implementation there will be no new codes until 2016. Therefore any changes to the 2014 version for Oct 1 implementation will be minor if any.
