I have 2 2014 ICD 10 drafts, but neither of them have Chapter 8 guidelines - Ears and Mastoid process. Thank you!

1. Can anyone point me to the link for the guidelines, if they exist?
 
I don't think there is one. I used 2015 book for the test and none were there. I believe the codes are frozen until ICD-10 is implemented. Linda Tonyes RDN, LDN, CPC-A
 
No guidelines for Chapter 8

There are no guidelines currently for Chapter 8. All you can do is go to your code and see if there is any advice there with the particular code you need.
