Hello everyone!

What is/are the code(s) for the condition Hypertensive Cardiomyopathy? Along with Hypertensive Heart Disease should I code either Cardiomyopathy, Unspecified(I42.9) or Cardiomyopathy in diseases classified elsewhere(I43)?
Could anyone clarify it?
