Am I understanding correctly re ICD10

That when coding Outpatient we will use ICD-10-CM for diagnosis coding and still be using CPT codes for the Outpatient Procedures?

And if coding Inpatient it will be ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS for the Inpatient Procedures?
