Hi, I wanted to see if anyone was having claims returned from insurance companies when using ICD 10 code B18.2 for chronic Hepatitis C. If you are, what dx code do you suggest using for chronic Hep C? Thank you!

That's the correct ICD-10 code for chronic Hepatitis C.

What else is being billed on the claim? That could be what's causing the issue, perhaps.
