Wiki ICD 10 code for a referral to audiologist without a hearing test

A patient comes in for a 2 year well. Mother had concerns of hearing. We didn't do a hearing test but referred them to Audiologist. What ICD 10 code would we use. They used Unspecified Hearing loss, but since we don't know if they really have hearing loss, would we use that code? Thanks for your help
