Hello All! What dx code would you use when a patient who is pregnant calls up on the telehealth line asking for a referral to an OB for her pregnancy care?

Was this truly an telehealth encounter with a full note documented by the provider or was this just a patient calling asking who your clinic recommends for an OB? Either way, if this is a billable encounter, I think you would use either a Z34 code or Z33.1.
