My Provider did a cystoscopy for foreign body removal and did not find any foreign body. What ICD 10 code would be assigned?

Thank you

You did the cystoscopy because a bladder foreign body was suspected but not found; I would suggest the following coding and diagnoses for your clinical scenario:
52000 cystoscopy with diagnoses T191XXA for the foreign body, an indication or reason for the cystoescopy, and Z71.1 to indicate that a foreign body was not found.
