Hello everyone!
I'm trying to find a code that best fits "monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis” - my doc wants me to code for "monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis" but I don't seem to have one for exactly that - I do have one for "symptomatic lymphocytosis" (D72.820) so I'm leaning towards that one, I just want to make sure there isn't a better one out there

That's the most specific one that I can find, too, but would appreciate other opinions. Lymphomas and leukemias are challenging to code because the terminology seems to change so often.
