I have always been taught and we teacher our providers to use symptom codes if there is not a definitive diagnosis. Since the impression states probable, I would look at using codes R26.89 (other abnormalities of gait & mobility) and/or R29.898 (other symptoms & signs involving the musculoskeletal systems)
