I'm looking for some feedback regarding what codes everyone is using for flank pain.

I'm using R1012 Left Flank, R1011 Right Flank and R1010 for unspecified.

Per index Pain > Flank (see Pain, abdominal)

Looking at one anatomy diagram the flank crosses the border of the upper and lower quadrants but is primarily upper. so it looks to be correct
