WHEN CODING FOR A PATIENT THAT WAS SEEN DUE TO AN ABSCESS AND CELLULITIS..IS THERE A COMBINING CODE?...OR WOULD I CODE BOTH WITH ABCESS BEING PRIMARY?:confused:

No combination code in 10 as there was in 9, so I would code both.

All things (including provider documentation in the actual note) being equal, I would sequence the abscess first
