Wiki ICD-10 coding for suspected or screening for Lyme Disease ??

Hello we are a pediatric practice that have many parents that come in wanting to screen for lyme disease. There is no tick bite or symptoms. What is the appropriate ICD-10 code to use? there is no "lyme screening" I am googling it and it is giving me A69.20 but that is lyme unspecified. and then giving me Z20.9 which for suspected or exposure to communicable disease, which is not appropriate.
Any suggestions? What is the world of AAPC using as a dx for this scenerio? TIA

Z11.8 Encounter for screening for other infectious/parasitic diseases.

And tell your practice manager that I said they have to get you an ICD-10-CM book every year. You should not have to Google diagnosis codes.
