ICD 10 Encounter for Delivery code for PT over age of 55?

Does anyone know if there is an ICD-10 code for encounter for delivery for a PT over the age of 55? Getting a denial stating age limit on O80 is from ages 12-55.
Pt was 56 years old @ time of delivery! Any insight is appreciated!

The O09 codes aren't supposed to be used on the delivery - per guideline only intended for use during prenatal period. Were there no complications at all during the delivery that you could use a code for?

Thank you! That was my thought as well. I code for anesthesia services only. There were no complications during delivery that were documented. We weren't the only provider to be denied, so we are just going to send a paper claim with records. Thanks again!
