I work as a coding consultant (ICD-10 trainer) for a medical consulting firm and was recently given a project to do ICD-10 implementation/training services for a group of eye surgeons. Does anybody have any good coding reference suggestions for eye disease diagnoses. This is not a field I have worked in before. Thanks!
 
Consider reviewing the chapters on the eye of an anatomy/physiology/pathophysiology text(s). Then review the guidelines and codes in the ICD-10 manual.
