Wiki ICD 10 for resolved/healed injuries?

Does anyone know what the code is for resolved/healed injuries - i.e. fractures, sprains, strains (basically S- codes).

Please let me know. Thank you!

If there are no residual issues then use the Z09 fir follow up. The guideline states that aftercare Z codes are not to be use for aftercare of injuries. However follow up is not aftercare.
