I was just wondering if anybody else out there is still working in paper charts. If so, how are you preparing your physicians for ICD10?

My administration is wanting me to find some sort of non EHR "superbill" that physicians can use to ensure their documentation is sufficient enough for ICD10 but I haven't been able to find one that fits our practice.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Good luck, I have tried to make a superbill for 10 and as a pcp office it wil be too many pages. We do have our Dr dictating a paragraph in the EHR to help with making his notes we have one who is still paper and one who is not. I am trying to figure out a way for him to still do superbills in the room that we can transfer over and can't do anything less than 8 pages and that leaves a lot out. I would be happy to hear if you come up with anything.
