Can anyone tell me how was the recertification test for ICD-10. Are there alot of lengthy case scenarios.

There were no lengthy scenarios or trick questions. The whole thing is multiple choice. be prepared to answer a few questions about the new ICD10 conventions and guidelines, but by far most of the questions are about code choice. Don't fall victim to careless mistakes like rushing and picking your code from the wrong indent level.
