Does anyone know what the ICD-10 code would be for a Healed Distal Fibular Fracture would be?

I was thinking of using Z09 or would it be S82.892D

I suggest coding Z09 instead of S82.892D because your fracture is "HEALED".

I wouldn't code S82.892D because the 7th character D is for routine "healing".
