I need to attach a diagnosis code that states the patient is on an anticoagulant and is high risk for spine surgery.

The two diagnosis that I am leaning towards are : 1) z79.01 for long term anticoagulant therapy and 2) D68.32 for Hemorrhagic disorder due to extrinsic circulating anticoagulants

Does anyone know if this is the correct way to code this scenario?

I would use the Z79.01
