Do we need to assign external causes tatus code(Y99 series) for all injury condition or only for injury with work camp insurance.

You would not use a staus code for injuries. The guideline states that aftercare Z codes will not be used for injuries you use the injury code with the 7th character. Maybe I am not understanding your question so if you give an example of what you are asking about it would be helpful.
