If the doctor says the patient has left hydronephrosis and left ureteral stone what ICD-10 code would you use? I am using N13.2 even though he is not stating that the stone is obstructing.

Well according to the index that is the right code. It is also the one I have been using so if anyone has any other input I would love to know :)
