Hello, could you please give advice on when to use these diagnosis codes. I am being told that they should only be used for well visits/annual visits. My providers are using these codes for new patient codes 99204 and 99205. They are using Z00.00 (w/out abnormal findings) but then listing a lot of other diagnosis codes which to me seems like abnormal findings.
