In Dermatology, provider asses the DX as SCCIS (Squamous cell carcinoma in situ ). In this conditions want code Squamous cell carcinoma or in situ carcinoma?

I would code it to In Situ Carcinoma.

Here is the book path:
Carcinoma, In, Situ > See also Carcinoma-In-Situ > Carcinoma-In-Situ, Squamous Cell > See also Neoplasm, In Situ, By Site.
