What ICD10 should I use for "MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDOME CONSISTENT WITH RING SIDEROBLAST AND SINGLE LINEAGE DYSPLASIA?" I was thinking of using dx codes D46.1 and D46.Z; D46.1 for MDS with Ring Sideroblasts and D46.Z for MDS with Single Lineage Dysplaisa. Please advise. Thank you.

I would just code the Myelodysplastic Syndrome. "Consistent with" is not a confirmed diagnosis.
The Bone Marrow Biopsy report states "Morphologically consistent with a MDS, best classified as MDS with Ring Sideroblastas and Single Lineage Dysplasia".
