Is anyone currently using the neoplasm morphology codes found in appendix A of the ICD-9?

I wasn't sure if the insurance carriers would accept those codes.

No you do not use these codes for reporting dx on cliams and they will reject. Those are codes for cancer and tumor registry to use.
