code 357.55 - Obstruction of nasolacrimal duct, neonatal. Can anyone tell me if this code is subject to a specific age range? please don't answer with guesses. If you know that is says somewhere that this code is for a specific age only please also give the reference for the material where you found the answer. this is very important. thank you

The code is specific to neonatal as it states. The definition of neonatal is the time from from birth thru the first 28 days. So yes the code is age specific. This is not a guess.
