Wondering what you might code for the following:

Microscopic: Sections reveal blood, mucin, a strip of benign, keratinizing squamous epithelium, a piece of adipose tissue and a small piece of benign endometrium. No malignancy is identified.
DIAGNOSIS: Blood, mucin, scant, benign endometrium and squamous epithelium and adipose tissue, endometrial curettings.

Adipose tissue could be a sign of a perforated uterus or uterine lipoma/lipoleiomyoma.
