ICD-9 code for 'prenatal exposure to drugs

I'm having trouble locating an ICD-9 code for an 11 year old with 'prenatal exposure to alcohol and drugs". I'm coding their Behavioral Health services, and this is listed in addition to their psych dx.
Any help is appreciated!

I would look at 760.70

Look at 655.4 and 655.5 and maybe the V code V40

760 codes are for the perinatal infant, and the 655 codes are for the mother. Neither will work for the 11 year old. The best I find is the V15.89.
