Wiki Icd-9 code help - diagnosis code

If a pt is having urinary complication from mesh implants would the diagnosis code be 998.9 or 997.5. They are going to remove the mesh and I need a diagnosis code. It is really a postop complication from when it was inserted so my thoughts are 998.9. Thanks for any help.
