I need opinions on how to code a diagnosis of POORLY DIFFERENTIATED CARCINOMA OF UNKNOWN PRIMARY. My thinking was to code as 199.1 which is for unknown site or unspecified primary or secondary.

No, I do not have any sites. The hospital showed colon but all I have is the poorly diff.carcinoma of unknown
