Which ICD 9 code do you guys think is best for the Hep B and Hep A vaccine given during routine well visits as a prophylactic?

I have been using V05.3 but I've noticed some coders here using V05.9.
 
Hep A/ Hep B

I agree v05.3 but what if you are giving both Hep A and Hep B on the same day? some payers dont allow this code twice even if linked to different cpt 90744 and 90633.
