ICD-9 Coding for Audiology Testing

When a child with a history of Eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic serous otitis & hearing loss has a normal hearing test on a subsequent visit, would the appropriate ICD-9 coding for the hearing test be the diagnosis for ordering the follow up testing? There are instances where the hearing test is normal even with ear exam noting serous fluid.
