Wiki ICD-9 Dx code for bronchiosinusitis?

We have some providers in our convenient care setting using the medical term "bronchiosinusitis". I did not see an ICD-9 code for this particular term. Should I split this out and code bronchiolitis and sinusitis, or even possibly bronchitis and sinusitis? Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I would choose either 473.8 or 461.8 depending on if the diagnosis is chronic or acute.

I could not find a diagnosis by the description of bronchiosinusitis either, but these 2 should word, as they are NEC.
