Hi, I am trying to code for Spindle Cell Sarcoma involving the lung. Would you use 171.8?

If it has spread to the lung then you will also need a lung mets code it just depends on how it is documented

that is why I stated depending on how it is documented. if it had progressed to the lung it is metastatic.
