Hello coders , Need help
If the Doctor states " quit"in reference to a Alcohol or smoke dependence . should I code Remission or History of "v code"?
My understandign is if Doctor state quit is a (v )code but if does not say quit and states a few months , or a few weeks is remission....
please let me know ,,,,,Thanks.
