Can someone help me find a code for a torsion of right middle lobe following right upper lobectomy? Pt had rt middle lobectomy for pulmonary mass and 5 days postop developed torsion of rt middle lobe and went back to OR for right middle lobectomy. I am having difficulty finding a ICD-9 code for this postop complication.
