Patient has received and completed treatment for a diagnosis of prostate cancer 185. How long after the patient has been treated for this diagnosis would we need to report V-codes for his follow up care? What would be the proper way to code if the patient is not having any mets or complications? He is just coming in for regular follow-ups.
