I am looking for a good book or educational software that deals specifically with the sequencing of icd-9 codes. Something that goes above and beyond just the ICD-9-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and helps you break them apart and really understand them. Maybe something interactive that gives you clinical examples and excercises. Thanks for any ideas.

There's always the Coding Clinics. They have a lot of useful information about sequencing codes, although it is more or less based on which code it is that you are using (Such as CVA, CHF, etc.)
