how would you code, 1) First episode of seizure.2) seizure - initial episode

Thank you for your reply. One documentation is "first episode..., the other documentation is "initial episode...I didn't find anything more specific for "first episode" and " initial episode" so am I understanding you to say both are coded as "seizure"
