Hi there,

How do we pick up number of diagnosis from below:

1. Rt knee ACL tear
2. Rt knee Meniscus tear
3. Rt knee acute pain


Can I consider entire as 1 diagnosis as it is in the same location or 3 points. Any help would be grateful! Thanks
