Can someone help me with whether to use nonautologous or autologous for this spine fusion?

Posterolateral fusion, re-instrumentation for pseudarthrosis and immature fusion mass L3 to
L5 with Republic Spine DarkStar salvage screw system 8.5-mm screws, right-sided L3,
7.5-mm screws the remaining of the construct, 8.5-mm left S1 with allograft bone and
hydroxyapatite/calcium phosphate crystals BioGennix Morpheus saturated with bone marrow
aspirate obtained via the vertebral body with the Jamshidi needle
